We are thrilled to be returning to The Subterranean Arthouse in Berkeley on Friday, June 1st, at 8pm.  Tickets are $10-$20 on a sliding scale.  The Red Steppes will be opening the show.  The Subterranean Arthouse is a project of the Tree of Life, a non-profit organization founded with the mission to bring arts programing to schools and communities.  Click here for more info on the show.

Song Preservation Society would love to see you all at Harvelle’s in Santa Monica this Thursday at 8PM as part of the Koffeehouse Sessions. We’ll be playing with one of the best bands from Oakland, Forrest Day. Should be a great show with lots of energy, so bring your friends!

Ahoy!

Come join us on Tuesday evening, April 3rd at 8PM for a show at the beautiful sounding Bootleg Bar in Silverlake.  We’re excited to play at this spot because they’ve got great acoustics in there, which makes it a pretty ideal match for us.  SPS goes on EARLY so don’t worry about being out late. We’ll go on at 8:00 and you’ll be in bed by 9:30 so you can get your beauty rest.  Not like you really need it because you’re all so beautiful, but….still….get some sleep.

This is a recent live performance at Kulak’s Woodshed in North Hollywood.  The song is called “You Can’t Stop Me From Trying and will be featured on our upcoming EP!

Prepare for a legendary combination…Song Preservation Society and Whiskerman, headlining together with Steve Taylor at Cafe du Nord in San Francisco on March 23rd! We’ll all play our own sets, as well as some collaborations, which will be a first for us.  They are great friends and great musicians, so it’s going to be a fun night at our favorite San Francisco venue!
